Book a STEM Discovery Day

A Zaniac Discovery Experience is the perfect way to spark your child's curiosity with STEM and boost their confidence. At Zaniac, we keep our classes small to provide individual attention and positive feedback! Our skilled and talented instructors love engaging kids with all of their questions on how the world works! We notice your child's strengths. Kids will build, experiment, create, problem-solve and explore alongside other curious kids.

Your child's STEM Experience may include:

• Using the engineering process to build the tallest tower.
• Practicing teamwork by joining together to make a space lander.
• Using the scientific method as we make potions and observe chemical reactions.
• Wowing your friends with cool beats in GarageBand.
• Building challenges in Minecraft and learn about Redstone or the Galaxy!

A typical afternoon at Zaniac looks like:

After School: Students will go to the van rider pick up at school at dismissal where our van drivers will meet them and make sure they are buckled up before heading safely to the campus.

3 p.m. Students arrive. Homework first policy! Supervised by Zaniac instructors.

3:30 p.m. snack time. Children play and chat with friends while having a snack (Zaniac provides snacks) followed by non-screen play time.

4 p.m. students either go to their 90-minute STEM class (selected ahead of time) or for those not scheduled in class, they start their small group STEM activity. Every day is different to they get exposure to many different aspects of STEM.
