Where Art meets STEM!
Picture your children writing, recording and sharing their own musical creations! Our new Intro to GarageBand® Program is the perfect primer for beginners who want to learn the basics of one of the most popular and accessible Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) programs out there.
Starting with the basics of musical notation and form, students, in grades 3-8, work through looping, editing, sound manipulation, and capturing vocals and MIDI instrumentation to create their own music.
Get hands-on experience with real-world music production equipment and
bring your song ideas to life! GarageBand teaches composing, song structure,
music theory and aural skills. Kids can learn about the basic elements of music
like pitches, intervals, melody, chords, and rhythms.
Your child can make music with their friends in our beautiful and fun atmosphere while learning from our cool instructors—high school and college students at the top of their class! Parents receive personal progress emails after every class.
Dive into the world (and science) of music
production! Space
is limited to 5 students per class to ensure personalized attention and the
best experience! Classes meet at the same day and time once a week for six
weeks.
